More fun than I expected!

Staying here was quite the adventure! The location near Taksim Square is excellent. The friendly staff were great, even guiding us to nearby ATMs. Unfortunately, cleanliness and breakfast variety could improve, but the lively atmosphere more than made up for it!

Really enjoyed our reasonably spacious and soundproof rooms in this place.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with coffee/tea, fantastic view, extra bed and it was available. The hotel's staff were very good all the time.

A fantastic location just a short walk from Taksim Square made exploring the area easy. The staff were friendly, providing great service. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. The breakfast lacked variety and wasn't very enjoyable.

Great location but some hiccups

The hotel is super close to Taksim Square and lots of eateries, a big plus! The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Mr Basel. The breakfast was decent too, though not very varied. On the downside, the Wi-Fi was pretty unreliable .

The central air conditioning system proved to be a real hassle. I couldn't adjust the temperature in my room, and battling heat in April at a ridiculous 28 degrees was no fun. I also noticed glaring inconsistencies in the room preparations. Not only did a few amenities appear to be missing, but loud flushing noises from the bathroom fixtures were nothing short of distracting. Lastly, the breakfast selection varied, but the service was hit-or-miss in terms of timely replenishment which left me waiting for basics.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel where the staff were super friendly and even showed us how to use the nearby ATM. We loved chilling in their cozy lounge and enjoying the relaxing rooftop terrace. The only hiccup was the room temperature, which was pretty warm, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊

The breakfast was surprisingly good, a great spread each morning that filled you right up! Plus, the staff were warm, especially one guy who was always ready to help with anything we needed.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was alright for what we got.
